The Summertime Ho-Down
Music and great food mark this big Garden District social event. Everyone is invited to bring an ice chest full of drinks and socialize while you listen to the great sounds of our jazz band.
The GDCA Board provides food and drinks and invites you to bring your friends and your favorite side or dessert to accompany this .In 2010 we decided to make it bigger, bring it into the neighborhood and invite our neighbors to bring their friends to make it more exciting for everyone.
We also pull up a catering truck for all those that don't like to pack! Watch the calendar for this event which happens anytime between July and August.
